SKETCH & DRAW

By Arnolds Tunkelis

SUNFLOWER booklet

 Booklet for Lupane Women's Center

Sunflower is a sturdy plant. There are various types of sunflower. We have chosen black oil sunflower for this project is because its seed has the highest oil content within it, which is about 40%-45% of the seed by weight. There are a lot of things that we could do with sunflower. We can eat its seeds, we could extract oil from the seeds. We could get honey from sunflower, new could use the stem as weaving material.

In this booklet, we will teach you how to grow sunflowers and also how to harvest them. There will be information about what to do with the seeds and instructions on how to do bee keeping.

You will gain a lot of benefits from growing sunflowers. For example, the color of the flower enhances the landscape view. The seeds of sunflowers are edible and also very nutritious. They provide an extremely rich source of vitamin E, which means they are very helpful in protecting the heart and the entire cardiovascular system from disease and various other disorders. The seeds also provide a good source of zinc, which helps boost the immune system.

MANTA CHAIR

It seems that tractor driver chair has actually a truly sea creature shape. The waved profile of a marine and it's dynamic voids resemble those of quick manta, which pace is hard to keep. We went back at the roots of the relationship between man and animal to find a way to immobilize the object of our interest. The cruelty of a necessary act to survive, the poetic essence of experience that only few can try.
